In 1995, Rich began his journey with what was then Stan-Allen, a respected steel rule die shop in Ludlow, Massachusetts, with the belief that a progressive company could be built by taking advantage of technology and enhanced professionalism. To provide additional capacity and offer an expanded presence to better serve our customers, he acquired Diamond Die in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2004.
By creating a team culture that promotes treating our customers and each other ethically and with respect, providing a safe and supportive work environment and putting our customers’ needs first by exceeding their expectations ‘The First Time, Every Time,’ Rich has grown Millennium Die Group into a national brand, a well-respected solution-based steel rule die company and a leader in the industry.
